Operations, people, and training
Governance sets the conditions the work operates under, but the work itself still has to be done well. BridgeGap has been doing that work since 2005: improving processes, standing up PMOs, developing leaders, facilitating project partnering, and training the people who keep it going. Each practice is available on its own, and each holds up better inside an enterprise whose governance is coherent.
Operations & Performance
Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control for production, service, and transactional processes. Process and system design, systems engineering and requirements, PMO setup and maturation, portfolio and project selection, risk analysis, and strategic planning. When training is part of the fix, we provide it as part of the engagement, built around your own processes.
People & Partnering
Leadership and supervisor development, team performance, and organization health assessment. Project partnering workshops for owners, designers, and contractors, from the preconstruction kickoff through follow-up sessions, so that a project team has agreed how it will work together before the schedule tests it.

Project management certificate courses, Lean Six Sigma belts, statistical process control, and problem solving, delivered to private cohorts live online or on site. The same courses are built into our consulting work when training is part of the fix.

The BridgeGap approach
We start from a simple observation: enterprises don't fail because they lack tools. They fail because the tools they have weren't designed for what the enterprise actually is.
BridgeGap works from the IDEA Standard — a cybernetic governance framework that treats enterprises as what they are: complex, adaptive, purposeful systems composed of interdependent agents navigating genuine uncertainty.
We don't impose solutions. We help enterprises develop the capability to govern their own advancement. The goal is an enterprise that doesn't need us — one that has internalized the governance architecture to develop itself.

Variation and stability, process capability, and control charts: how to choose them, read them, and use them to keep a process performing.
Selecting the right approach before reaching for a tool, among them 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, DMAIC, and 5 Whys, then carrying the solution through implementation and sustaining the gains.
Transformational and servant leadership and emotional intelligence, for supervisors stepping into the role and leaders growing in it.
Setting direction and deploying it, so that objectives at every level trace back to the strategy they serve.
Private cohorts for teams and organizations, delivered live online or on site. Each course closes with an assessment that verifies what participants learned.

The Framework
Our relationship with IDEA
BridgeGap Consulting convened the IDEA Standard — Iterative Development for Enterprise Advancement. We're a contributing member of the Council for Enterprise Advancement (CEA), which stewards the Standard's development.
IDEA is the framework. BridgeGap is a consulting practice that helps enterprises implement it. The Standard's authority comes from the rigor of its development, not from any single organization — including ours.
We believe enterprises deserve governance frameworks built to the same standard of integrity they're asked to practice. That's why we helped build one — and why we put it under independent institutional stewardship.

Systems engineer working in the socio-technical systems space, developing governance solutions for enterprises navigating genuine complexity. Based in the El Paso metropolitan area.
Jason convened the IDEA Standard and serves as a contributing member of the Council for Enterprise Advancement. He is the author of "A Box of Chaos" — the philosophical foundation for cybernetic enterprise governance — and the creator of Vsont, the AI-native governance control center.
His work is grounded in a single conviction: enterprises are cybernetic systems, and the frameworks that govern them should reflect that reality.
